Water Treatment Facility
At Jaspers we have become aware of how much water we consume as a company and we felt that this should be addressed. Therefore we are investing in a water treatment facility that will take all of our waste water and recycle it back to clean water. We anticipate a reuse in excess of 40% of the recycled waste.
From the investment we have put into this project we have been given environmental recognition as the first Abattoir to receive a Certificate of Environmental Benefit.
South West Water have recently in
2008, awarded Jaspers (Treburley) Ltd with a Certificate for our
Exceptional Levels achieved in Water Efficiency.
